Supervisors’ Roles in Training Program Culture, Training Intrinsic Motivation and Knowledge Transfer: an Empirical Study

Purpose: This study examines the mediating role of training intrinsic motivation in relationship between supervisors’ roles program culture and knowledge transfer Malaysian public sector. Thus, research question is, “what is effect culture, on sector context?”
 
 Theoretical framework: The framework adopted from attributes (1) leadership, (2) social learning, (3) beliefs (4) employee performance. aims to provide an understanding how these variables affect transfer.
 Design/methodology/approach: A cross-sectional was used collect 544 survey questionnaires employees at different divisions/departments SmartPLS utilized evaluate quality study’s instrument subsequently test hypotheses.
 Findings: structural equation modelling indicated that affected by culture. Hence, administration programs mediated motivation. finding will benefit supervisors, managers operation employees, as well studies related dynamic organizations.
 Research: In theoretical context, this confirmed training’s effective variable transfer. Meanwhile, managerial implication, supervisors should direction assistance subordinates practice open communication help them enhance technique relevant work environment increase performance future.
